Primera colour label printers are indeed compatible with Windows 7. However, some of the printers are still being supplied with a CD containing old drivers and software that will not work with Windows 7.

Over time, the new versions of the software and drivers should start to appear on the CD’s that are supplied with Primera colour printers.
